1 on 1 Training

Our 1 on 1 training facility is structured to firstly identify and understand each individuals strengths and weaknesses, in order to tailor the most effective program specific to each athlete.

Sessions are then structured to focus on these key areas, in conjunction with skill progression of all basketball fundamentals.

We believe that individual training is most effective with open and honest communication, a strong work ethic and will to improve. Participants will be asked to continually set and achieve their own specific goals as they progress through each session, as each individuals capacity to improve and develop is progressed.
